The Seattle University Micro-Community Policing Plans (MCPP) research team facilitates a special series of virtual community-police dialogues with new Seattle police recruits and community members via Zoom from January through April and September through December. The dialogues offer community members the opportunity to learn about the MCPP and the Seattle Public Safety Survey and to engage in precinct and neighborhood-based conversation with newly hired recruits who are part of the Seattle Police Department's "Before the Badge" (BTB) program.
